Cure for Tourette’s syndrome (tic disorder) and OCD without medication §45

The Kuriki method (the first edition in 2007) is a theory about Tourette’s syndrome (tic disorder) and obsessive-compulsive disorder to cure these diseases without medication. This theory is based on the author’s inference and interpretation regarding the structure of these diseases. Since it has been written for the psychoanalysts, reading will be difficult for people in general and it might be sometimes read erroneously. Therefore the Kuriki method must presuppose that the patient is treated by a nearby psychoanalyst, and that, between the patient and the Kuriki method, there is always the psychoanalyst. The explosion of emotional catharsis, which has strong repercussions, is done only for three seconds, once a week: beyond this rhythm, it would be an accident caused by negligence, and the psychoanalyst who is inexperienced in emotional catharsis must take responsibility for the temporary mental collapse caused by the accident. Also, to the patient who has weak capacity of logical reasoning, the psychoanalyst must explain well on the violent emotion of revenge caused by the illusory confusion between the person of the traumatic image in his head and the person in the real world.

Structure of coprolalia
Coprolalia is a tic disorder. It consists of all elements of tic disorder. In this section, we see the structure of coprolalia as a review of the Kuriki method. Emotion is a means of bodily expression in the Conscious of the claim of refusal against something disagreeable or the claim of the possession of something desired. The expression in the Conscious, it means the expression in the head of the person, and not the expression toward other people. In the intentionality, the objects of the Conscious are not selected by the Conscious. The blocking from the Conscious of the expression of claim is repression. Repression is the blocking of the expression of a judgement in the head. “Tourettes” is a congenital tendency of the thickness of repression, (thickness; as the distance between opposite sides of something). Disagreeable bodily sensations also can be objects of repression. Repressed bodily sensations are : cold wind, a hard chair, the tired feet, eating too much, lower back pain, etc., which are undefined sensations, or the genitals, the anus, the bladder, which are primitive and libidinal sensations. Another bodily sensation appears as a means of repression of these bodily sensations, and it becomes a big object of the Conscious. This bodily sensation is the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder. A bodily sensation of muscular contraction without muscular contraction appears in a muscle. “A muscle” means a muscle from the point of view of the Libido, and it is not an anatomical unit. As the Libido does not know the anatomy, “a muscle” is a group of several voluntary muscles that has been determined by a voluntary movement. In a coprolalia, the pronunciation of the word “xxxx” is a unit of movement, and the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » appears in this unit of muscle. The movement of the pronunciation of the word “xxxx” of a coprolalia is anatomically complex, but psychically very simple. In simplicity of movement, there is no difference between a shoulder tic and a coprolalia. The difference between a shoulder tic and a coprolalia is the infantilism of coprolalia. The obscene words of coprolalia are words of very small children and there is no aggressivity. A highly embarrassing word, which is therefore a big object of the Conscious, will be chosen by the Unconscious. These are words that are prohibited in kindergarten. With these forbidden words, small children play in their kindergarten. The Libido knows how to pass the censorship of the Super-ego using an infantilism. The infantilism, that the Libido uses, is indispensable for the sexual acts of adults, so, for the survival of humanity. Once the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » appears, its disagreeable sensation becomes an object of the Conscious, and this « compulsive intramuscular sensation » will be an object of repression. Another appearance of the « compulsive intramuscular sensation », which is for the repression of the previous, appears in the same place, and this overlapping makes an amplification. The « compulsive intramuscular sensation », that is recognized by the Conscious, is always recursive: i.e., all appearances of the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » are recursive. A bodily object of the intentionality of the Conscious will be determined. As a compulsion, a pronunciation of the word, that will be a big object of the Conscious, is absolutely forced in order to delete the amplification of this sensation of muscle contraction without muscle contraction. The amplification of this sensation of muscle contraction without muscle contraction is strong, and the pronunciation of coprolalia is justified as a bodily force majeure, in addition, a reason, such as “I have no bad intention,” prepares the arbitrary choice (rationalization) of a word of coprolalia. The compulsion to the bodily movement of the pronunciation of the word “xxxx” is a repression of bodily sensations (for example, genital sensation, anal sphincter, etc.), and this system of repression is a disease. It must be very rare that a male patient pronounce a name of the male genital organs (an object of repression) and a female patient pronounce a name of the female genital organs. This second object of the Conscious for repression is bodily fabricated by the Libido, (neurosis). In the Unconscious, there is a linkage between the repressed libidinal bodily sensation and the repressed libidinal emotion. Behind the traumatic image, a disagreeable judgement remains blocked without means of bodily expression, that is to say, without emotion. The traumatic image remains as an ordinary image among other ordinary images in the memory. There is charge of tension to continue blocking the energy of this potential emotion. The treatment of a coprolalia is to find the trauma and give it an emotional expression. As coprolalia is a repression of bodily sensations (the upper layer) and the operation of this repression of bodily sensations is a repression of the traumatic emotion (the lower layer), if you start the awareness of bodily sensations that the pronunciation of coprolalia represses, for example in two weeks, automatically the direction of the traumatic image will be visible in the Conscious. The isolating tendency of the persons who have Tourette will prevent the release of emotion for the trauma that they have found, therefore emotional catharses are needed. Since the mass of emotion of the persons who have coprolalia is enormous, catharses should be done little by little. Furthermore, the similarity between coprolalia and tic of spitting is remarkable.
