The Kuriki method (the first edition in 2007) is a theory about Tourette’s syndrome (tic disorder) and obsessive-compulsive disorder to cure these diseases without medication. This theory is based on the author’s inference and interpretation regarding the structure of these diseases. Since it has been written for the psychoanalysts, reading will be difficult for people in general and it might be sometimes read erroneously. Therefore the Kuriki method must presuppose that the patient is treated by a nearby psychoanalyst, and that, between the patient and the Kuriki method, there is always the psychoanalyst. The explosion of emotional catharsis, which has strong repercussions, is done only for three seconds, once a week: beyond this rhythm, it would be an accident caused by negligence, and the psychoanalyst who is inexperienced in emotional catharsis must take responsibility for the temporary mental collapse caused by the accident. Also, to the patient who has weak capacity of logical reasoning, the psychoanalyst must explain well on the violent emotion of revenge caused by the illusory confusion between the person of the traumatic image in his head and the person in the real world.

False reasons in tic disorder
Tic movements are 100% voluntary movements, and they are always accompanied by a false reason, as an attribute of conscious voluntary movement. In the case of a child of less than five years, the Super-ego of whose has not been developed yet, the validity of false reason is not necessary in order that the manner of movement would be justified by the Super-ego.
A tic of cracking the neck joint may be accompanied by a false reason, such as :
“It makes always sound, it means this joint needs to be corrected its position. If it made no sound, I would not do this movement.”
The cracking sound is not produced by a positional correction of the joint, but it is produced by gas in the joint. Tongue clicking can produce a similar sound. In the motion of a joint, it is normal that there is a small lateral displacement. Cracking of the neck joint has possibility to damage the joint, the tendons and the nerves. It is also one of the causes of vertebral artery dissection. It is not kind of like, in 10 minutes until the joint will be able to make sound, the joint will move in a bad position. Also, the finger joints, the knuckles, can make sound without any positional problem.
The false reason of an articulation-tic may be :
“The joint is not joined correctly.”
False reason does not mean a reason that is scientifically incorrect, but a reason that hides the mechanism of repression. A neck tic represses an indefinite bodily sensation : the chair is too hard, the legs are tired, etc., etc. as in the upper layer. The rationalization hides that neck tic is a function of repression. The rationalization hides that “feeling of inferiority has been hidden”, rather than “grapes are ripe” and “grapes are too high”; it happens in the head of the fox, between the Conscious and the Unconscious, of course. The facility of rationalization, i. e., the facility of arbitrary selection is the criterion for the selection of a motor unit that contains the muscle in which « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder appears. The facility of rationalization determines the symptom.
In the Conscious of patient, tic movements are not forced by the false reason, but by the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder. False reasons do not have absolute force of bodily compulsion. And in obsessive-compulsive disorder, it is not the thought that forces the act, but «the compulsive physical sensation» of OCD, which resemble the effects of adrenaline. Also, Absolute-Compulsion is the structure itself of the entire disease, including the lower layer. The patient cannot see Absolute-Compulsion.
Tic disorder is a neurotic disease; it means there is a psychical element that has a pathological structure. This treatment of tic disorder corrects this pathological structure of tic disorder. If readers consider that the theory of the Kuriki method is abnormal, it is this theoretical anomaly that is the anomaly itself of the structure of tic disorder. If readers were expecting a theoretical structure which is perfectly normal and healthy as the structure of tic disorder, it would not be a disease. Also, the structure of tic disorder in the Kuriki method is not a description of the structure of the human mind in general, but it is an expression in a therapy to cure tic disorder. But what readers are reading now is a “How to cure tic disorder”.
Conditions (the facility) for the rationalization in motor tic.
The facility for the rationalization; the conditions to be selected arbitrarily as a manner of tic movement : shoulder, eyes, or cough, etc.
(1) The motor unit has been known by the Libido.
Unless people who practice bodybuilding and know the muscles throughout the body, the number of muscles bodily known with muscular contraction or muscular tension is usually limited.
(2) The false reason precedes the arbitrary selection in the Unconscious for a conscious act. (rationalization)
There is at least one false reason that can be validated by the Super-ego.
“Because I have to check its mobility.”
“This is for the last time.”
These false reasons can be valid for any voluntary muscle.
(3) As the purpose of the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder is to be an object of the Conscious, the muscle must be an unnecessary object, which does not belong to practical movements such as taking a salt shaker on the table. The conflict between rationality of the Conscious and irrationality of a manner of tic movement is a means of repression. In order that a manner of movement may be a tic movement, the irrationality of this manner of movement should not be consented by the Conscious; e. g., in the morning, to say good morning to someone can not be a coprolalia. (It is not as diagnosis, but as a condition of the formation of a tic movement.)
Classification of tic movements is useless, and it is very important to know that classification of tic movements is not necessary. Also the content of false reason does not matter, and you must understand as the structure of tic that a rationalization (arbitrary selection) is already accompanied by any false reason. A false reason is an annex of a tic movement, and it has no conpulsive force.
False reasons varie personally.
The « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder of cough-tic appears in a muscle of the motor unit of coughing.
“There is a foreign body in the throat and I have tocough.”
Vocal tic is not a tic of the voice, but the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder appears in the muscle of the vocal cords. Vocal tic is a motor tic.
“A voice hurts no one physically.”
“It is natural like dogs bark and birds sing all the time.”
“This is a kind of cough.”
“This is not a word, I am not speaking.”
“This is not coprolalia.”
“This is a kind of saying yes to my thinking.”
“I just remembered something regrettable.”
“This is not a tic.”
“I just check the emission of the voice.”
etc.
Healthy eye blinking is a small movement, which is normal and the Super-ego justifies eye blinking movement very easily.
“My eyes are tired.”
“This is healthy eye blinking.”
Eyebrow tic is not a movement of the eyebrows, but the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder appears in the muscle of the forehead.
“This is a facial expression.”
Shoulder tic may have the same false reason as neck tic.
“The joint is not correctly joined.”
Coprolalia
The « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder appears in the psychic motor unit of the pronunciation of words. The words have been precisely determined as a manner of tic movement. These swearing and obscene words are childish words, which will be a big object of the Conscious. The words of coprolalia are special words, which are listed in dictionaries as typical words of swearing words. The swear words of coprolalia are very trivial, stereotyped and banal as swear words. These are not words of adults. These are the words that children learn from kindergarten teacher not to pronounce. Significations of words are ignored. The infantilism of childish words has no bad intention and passes the censorship of the Superego. Imitations of a baby, an animal and a thing passe easily the Super-ego. Becoming a child under 5 years is a strategy of the Libido to pass the Super-ego, and this way is also applied to sexual acts of adult persons. The false reasons are reasons for the movement to utter the words of little children. Coprolalia is possible only when there is no aggressive motive against the outside world. Coprolalia is only a means of repression and it is not an expression of the content of psychological trauma.
“I have no bad intention.”
“If I had a bad intention, I would not do it.”
The more there is regret, the more there is validity. This false reason is also possible for spitting tic.
