Cure for Tourette’s syndrome (tic disorder) and OCD without medication §18

The Kuriki method (the first edition in 2007) is a theory about Tourette’s syndrome (tic disorder) and obsessive-compulsive disorder to cure these diseases without medication. This theory is based on the author’s inference and interpretation regarding the structure of these diseases. Since it has been written for the psychoanalysts, reading will be difficult for people in general and it might be sometimes read erroneously. Therefore the Kuriki method must presuppose that the patient is treated by a nearby psychoanalyst, and that, between the patient and the Kuriki method, there is always the psychoanalyst. The explosion of emotional catharsis, which has strong repercussions, is done only for three seconds, once a week: beyond this rhythm, it would be an accident caused by negligence, and the psychoanalyst who is inexperienced in emotional catharsis must take responsibility for the temporary mental collapse caused by the accident. Also, to the patient who has weak capacity of logical reasoning, the psychoanalyst must explain well on the violent emotion of revenge caused by the illusory confusion between the person of the traumatic image in his head and the person in the real world.

§18

§18
Formation of manners of tic movement.

For example, avec an expression such as “a forced movement”, we can not know whether the manner of this movement is forced or the execution of this movement is forced. In this section, the description will be done with the distinction between manner of movement and execution of movement. Therefore, clauses such as “what kind of movement” and “at the time of the movement” are written as “what kind of manner of movement” and “at the time of the execution of the movement.”

1. Models
Motor units with an intentional muscle contraction in the past.
These are not manners of movements such as taking a salt shaker on the table, i. e., light movements of a body part, but such as showing the biceps as imitating Popeye. With these manners of movement, muscle contractions will be known. Manners of movement with an intentional muscle contraction, which may be accompanied by a stretch of the antagonist, or which may be for a stretch of the antagonist. There is no unknown manner of tic movement.
Babies cannot move their head easily, and as turning their eyes to the limit of the field of view, the contraction and stretching of the eye muscles will be known. In this sense, eye rolling tic has a character of baby. The muscle of abs-tic and the muscle of arm tic of adults might have been known with abdominal exercises and push-ups. Regarding spitting tic, this manner of movement must have been done before, accompanied by a secretion of saliva; for example, spit grape seeds, cherry seeds, chewing gum, as brushing teeth, etc. Thus, intentional muscle contractions have been known and memorized at libidinal level (physical-mental level) and can be the model of a manner of tic movement.

2. Validity false reason, authorization of movement
Just like legal precedent, legitimacy justifies a rationalization to pass the Super-ego. The legitimacy of manners of movement will be registered as playing with other children, in the words of parents, etc. For example, the memory of a contraction of the jaw muscles, after a setting of amalgam by a dentist, who said to try to grit the teeth. The manner of movement of a gritting teeth tic has been memorized with a muscle contraction. This movement is legitimate, so to speak, as a precedent of innocence, having been justified by the dentist.

3. A known manner of movement is selected by a rationalization and the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder will be fabricated.
The attributes of the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder.
· Localization on the body
· False reason
· Precise manner of movement
A precise manner of tic movement is determined in the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder. The « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder appears in order to be eliminated by an execution of movement and forces this execution of movement. The manner of tic movement and the manner of model movement are not identical. The manner of tic movement is faster than the manner of model movement. There is no movement of the antagonist and the braking is done by the contraction of this muscle. The manner of tic movement and the manner of model movement are independent from each other, on both sides of the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder. It is possible that the execution of model movement cannot eliminate the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder.

4. Legitimate precedent
When a tic movement has been done for the first time to delete the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder, henceforth this cycle will be legitimate as a precedent of innocence, and this cycle, the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder – tic movement, repeats.
The manner of un tic movement has been precisely determined in the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder as an attribute. An allegory. It is just like a dog that comes for the purpose of being patted on the head. The dog comes to you because you pat it on the head. The dog will come with the head-to-pat. It is a cycle on the previous legitimate of coming – patting. The manner of tic movement and the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder come into the Conscious as a pair.
In the selection of a muscle by a rationalization, the manner of tic movement precedes the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder. The rationalization selects a muscle contraction sensation, which has been already injectively determined with the motor unit of a model movement; i. e., it is not as though a muscle is selected first, then a movement among movements that use this muscle.
An execution of tic movement, which is a voluntary movement, is done in a state of the Conscious, in which the « compulsive intramuscular sensation » of tic disorder forces the Conscious to do this movement. A person does an execution of movement of tic knows that he or she is doing an execution of movement of tic, because it is the Conscious that “does” an execution of movement of tic. Children say : “It moves by itself”, because they are not able to explain well enough to make the parents understand and also because they know that they did an execution of movement of tic. If they did not know that they had done it, they would say : “I did nothig.” Compare with the involuntary movement of the sphincter of the iris of the eye. Children say : “It moves by itself”, because otherwise the parents would get angry. In fact the Conscious is forced to do a voluntary movement by the mechanism of tic. Children are frightened when they are seen doing an execution of tic movement by the parents. Children are frightened because their Conscious have “done” an execution of tic movement.
In addition, even if the parents watch the child from behind, the child knows that parents are watching and the child only plays the role of a child who does not know it. There are parents who don’t know it.
As executions of tic movement are forced by a real bodily persistent sensation, which amplifies, and which is made ??by the combination of the Libido and the Super-ego, the Conscience can not resist.
