epsilon delta definition of limit

There are two cords A and B.
B is twice as long as A.

When B < 80cm, then A < 40cm
When B < 10cm , then A < 5cm
When B < δ , then A < ε

a is in δ.
L is always in ε , even if δ is very small.
But as “small ” is not a word with clear deffinition, it is better to say like below.
L is always in ε , whatever the size of δ is.
